  • How often should I train with you?

    Most clients train 2–3x per week, depending on their goals. I’ll help you find the right frequency based on your schedule and needs.

  • Do you offer nutrition or wellness coaching?

    Yes. I offer integrated coaching that includes nutrition, mindset, and habit-building. My goal is to help you create sustainable changes, not just quick fixes.

  • Do you offer virtual or remote coaching?

    Yes. I provide custom programming and weekly check-ins for clients who prefer to train independently with guidance.

  • What’s your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

    I require 12–24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without charge. Life happens—just communicate early when possible. As I hold myself to the same standard of communicating any cancellations within 24-12 hours of our session.

  • How do I get started?

  • Where do training sessions take place?

    Sessions are held either in the comfort of your home or at my private training facility, depending on what best suits your goals, schedule, and preferences.
